As a company policy, Clark & Associates accepts drafts in good faith as payment for the services rendered. In accordance with this policy, we expect the draft to be covered by sufficient funds on the day that it is presented to your banking institution. The presentation of a draft is your promise pay for those services.

If your draft is returned due insufficient funds, you will be assessed an additional $50.00 processing fee plus any cost related to the collection of that draft. We apologize for any hardship or inconvenience this may cause you; however, Clark and Associates must allocate additional time, accounting, and human resources to collect unpaid fees.
