The first layer of security is not to collect, transcribe, or record any data that is not immediately linked to the performance of the requested services.

The second layer of security is lock and key. This simply means that access to your information requires (a) an intruder’s personal knowledge that the desired information is in our possession, (b) to know the physical location of our secured files, and (c) to possess the tools necessary to force his or her entry into our secured systems.

The third and final layer of security for any data maintained in our vault is Secured Sockets Layer (SSL). The SSL security is the encryption method used to secure electronic data being transmitted over the internet. Our use of this technology is to encrypt your data prior to it being placed into a permanent electronic archive.
