LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

 

The overt action displayed by  a true leader is inspirational. This means the leader’s influence is a direct result of demonstrated expectations, resolved problems, and clear goals. In two words, the leader “communicates effectively.”

Clark and Associates conducts two standard four hour workshops in our leadership series. The first workshop is on Communication. This workshop is usually conducted with 10 – 12 first and second line managers. In this workshop, the managers examine their leadership styles as conduits to conflict. Then through a series of exercises, we teach your managers how to manage their personal behaviors in order to produce the desired performance results.

The second workshop is on Virtual or Strategic team management. This workshop is ideal for the manager who supervises a virtual teams or cross-functional teams. In this workshop, we discuss Assumptive Leadership and use of Emotional intelligence. This advanced workshop is for seasoned professionals who need additional tools to augment their leadership skill set given the myriad of technological advances. Managers attending this course should have a minimum of three years supervisory experience.
