Prior to a consultation, we ask that potential clients send copies of their resume and copies of all immigration-related documents, including passport, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court. Complete copies of any criminal records also are essential.

In addition, we ask that potential clients who have scheduled telephonic consultations must provide these documents prior to the consultation, either by e-mail, mail or by fax. All immigration-related documents should be brought to an in-person consultation.
