Consultation Fee - $350

Clark and Associates will conduct a thorough 1 – 2 hour consultation assessment to determine the nature and depth of the compliance issue and or training solution needed. This exchange will ensure that the customer and Clark and Associates understand the presenting problem. After defining the problem’s boundaries, the preliminary feedback will help the customer to understand our expertise and qualifications for the project, why the recommended solution is the best option, and how the solution(s) will be delivered.          

Contract Fee  - 50/50  

Clark and Associates will draft a contract that delineates the terms of our relationship and the service(s) to be delivered. Included will be the total cost of service, proposed date(s) of delivery and project completion. The amount due and payable at the contract signing will be 50% of the total contract less the consultation fee. The balance of our fees will be due and payable upon the last day of service.

Seminar Training

Clark and Associates customized seminar solutions are developed and presented according to the customer’s needs. The type of seminar and scheduling will be discussed during consultation. Fees are based upon the volume of information to be presented and the number of employees scheduled to attend.

Workshop Training

Clark and Associates customized seminar solutions are developed and presented according to the customer’s needs. The type of workshop and scheduling will be discussed during consultation. Fees are based upon the complexity of the workshop and the number of employees scheduled to attend.
